Kiernan M. Crowley, Esq.

Kiernan M. Crowley joined the original law firm of Shaw, O’Brien, Crowley & Reynolds in 1992.  He is a graduate of Binghamton High School, received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Maryland, and his J.D. from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan.

Areas of practice include:  Bankruptcy, foreclosure, real estate, divorce and estates.  He is a member of the Broome County Bar Association and a past chairman of their Bankruptcy Bar Committee.

Mr. Crowley is married with four (4) children.  His wife Meghan is a middle school art teacher in the Binghamton City School District.  Mr. Crowley enjoys coaching youth lacrosse, skiing and spending time with this family.

Daniel D. Reynolds, Esq.

Mr. Reynolds joined the firm in 1995, and practices primarily in the areas of matrimonial and family law, personal injury, and real estate law, including landlord/tenant disputes and convenience store operations. Mr. Reynolds graduated from Binghamton University with high honors in 1988 and graduated Albany Law School in 1991, working his first 3 years following law school with the firm of Hinman, Howard & Kattell, before joining the firm.

Mr. Reynolds is a Board Member of the Broome County Bar Association and served on the Judicial Selection Committee on the Broome delegation in the selection of the NYS Chief Justice, and has been the recipient of the Stanley Reiter Award for extraordinary service to the Association. Mr Reynolds was elected to the Broome County Legislature and served as a Legislator for 12 years and was elected and served as Chairman, also having served on numerous Boards including the Industrial Development Agency and the Land bank.
